entrance

I will need the first and last names of all visitors coming to the filming; everyone will need to bring a government issued photo ID.

All visitors to WBG facilities must have their belongings screened before entry. This includes passing through walk-through metal detectors (magnetometers) and having bags and personal items scanned via X-ray machines. Security officers may also use handheld metal detectors for additional screening.

What Visitors Cannot Bring

  • Firearms and weapons (including decorative weapons such as knives or swords)
  • Ammunition, explosives, or fireworks
  • Flammable or hazardous substances (e.g., gasoline, propane, lighter fluid)
  • Any items that trigger security concern during X-ray or metal detector screening

Smoking/Tobacco Products

WBG premises are entirely smoke-free. Visitors may not smoke or use any tobacco or nicotine products (including e-cigarettes, vapes, and similar devices) anywhere inside WBG buildings. Sponsoring staff are responsible for making their visitors aware of this policy and directing them to any designated outdoor smoking areas, which must be at least 25 feet from building entrances.

Meeting Point

I will be sure to meet you each morning in the atrium- this will be near the door you enter. My work cell phone is (435)363-6336. You can text or call me if you have any issues. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and ready to begin on time.
